I love Sunday mornings. Waking up late with Ari. Sometimes making it down to the farmer's market. Tea with a shot of coffee. A clean house.
And an everything-but-the-kitchen-sink breakfast.
Scramble made with what was left in the fridge this morning:
1/2 Red Bell Pepper - Chopped
4 Eggs
1/4 Cup of Milk
1/4 Cup sliced onion
1/2 Cup of Asparagus - Chopped
1 T. of Brummel & Brown
Zest of small lemon
1 tsp. Sea Salt
A few grinds of pepper
Topped with gorgonzola cheese & avocado
Num. Vikings here we come.
