Spicy Mango Salsa.

Fish can be quite, well, fishy.
Especially salmon.
My solution?
Sauce it up!

Inspired by one my Mom's yummy chicken dishes.

Good on chicken, fish, and CHIPS.


14 oz. Can of Diced Tomatoes
2 Tbs Adobo Sauce
1 Chopped Mango
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion
2 Tbs White Vinegar

"Chop" in food processor.

Sweet...followed by spicy. A little smoky. A LOT good.

I had to keep Ari from drinking it. Seriously.

TAKE A DIP.
