Ari whipped this breakfast up on a whim this past weekend.
Soooo deliciously fresh.
Thank goodness I married a man who can cook!
A little direction from the chef:
Saute halved cherry tomatoes in garlic and whole grain mustard in pan.
Whip eggs up with chopped basil.
Add to pan and scramble.
Serve on a bed of arugula and top with buffalo mozzarella.
We drizzled a little balsamic before eating.
Mmmm...Superb.
